Each of us learns in a different way.
Some of us need silence and colors.
Some of us need voices and rhythm.
Some of us need to move, touch, build, feel.
There’s no best way.
Just your way.
To help you discover how your brain works best, explore the three styles below.
You might find yourself in one.
Or maybe a mix of them.
That’s part of the journey.
🎨 Visual Learners
You think in pictures.
You like maps, diagrams,
and colorful notes.
You often highlight,
underline, and organize
what you study.
You prefer a calm,
quiet space—
too much noise
distracts you.
When you remember,
you see the page
🔊 Auditory Learners
You learn by hearing.
You repeat things
out loud.
You like listening
to teachers
or your own voice.
You remember words,
sounds, and explanations
more than images.
Talking through problems
helps more
than just reading them.
✋ Kinesthetic Learners
You learn by doing.
You want to move,
build, touch, test.
Reading and listening
aren’t enough—
you need action.
You understand best
when your body
is involved.
You remember
what you did—
not what you read
✨ What Are KVA Lessons?
In every lesson I teach, I try to speak more than one language.
Not English or Italian—
but the languages of the mind.
Some students learn best through images and structure.
Some through rhythm, voice, and explanation.
Others through movement, building, testing with their hands.
No one is only one thing.
We are all a mix—visual, auditory, kinesthetic—in different moments, in different ways.
That’s why my lessons are not divided.
They are whole.
But inside them, you’ll find moments designed to speak to different kinds of learners.
You might see a small label:
🎨 V – for a visual explanation
🎧 A – for an auditory metaphor
✋ K – for a kinesthetic action or example
These aren’t meant to limit you.
They’re meant to help you notice:
Which part made you smile?
Which part made the idea click?
That moment is a window into how your mind works.
And that’s the beginning of learning—not just math, but yourself.
Another possibility is to offer one specific lesson for each type of learner, so that you can experience them one by one, more clearly.
That’s what I’m doing below:
you’ll find three short lessons—
the first designed for visual learners,
then one for auditory learners,
and finally one for those who learn best through kinesthetic experience.
Try them all, and see which one feels most natural to you.
